For example, if you live in zip code 12345 and 12345 is still open, for under $20 you can shut everyone else out of that zip and you will begin making commissions on every trackable purchase by anyone living in 12345 through the Pagellan program.

Now let's say 12346 is also available. You can't take it as a resident (since you don't live there), but you can prospect it. That means you can purchase a share in it. As long as no resident purchases it, you will receive the full Zip Code share of the commissions. Even if a resident does purchase 12346 after you, you will still split the Zip Code commission for as long as you continue prospecting 12346.
